Purchases & Refunds


Once you have submitted your payment, try to refresh the browser if your payment is not showing as processed. You can view your orders by clicking “Profile” and then “Orders”. If your payment still has not processed, please contact us with your name and course you intended to purchase.

A 100% refund will be granted if the refund is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of an online program. No refund will be issued for requests originating within 72 hours of the scheduled start of an online program.

My Profile/Settings


Once you are logged in, click on “Profile” and then select “Settings”. Your general settings is where you can edit your First Name, Last Name, Nickname, EMS License # and how your name will display publicly. Once you have made your changes, click “Save Changes”.

Once you are logged in, click on “Profile”, then select “Settings” and “Password” You will be asked to enter in your old password, along with your new. Once you have made your changes, click “Save Changes”.

Once you have completed a course, your certificates are saved to your profile. You can access them by clicking on “Profile” at the top of the page and then click “Certificates”. A list of your earned certificates will display. To view or print a certificate, click on the certificate and select print from your browser window.

Purchases & Refunds


Once you have completed a course and/or a quiz, you must click “Complete”, which will show your quiz results. Then, you need to click “Finish Course”. Once you confirm completion, you will be redirected to the course page and there will be a button that says “Certificate”. Your certificate will also be available in “My Profile” in the “Certificates” tab.

All your certificates are available when clicking “My Profile” and then by clicking “Certificates”. If you have successfully completed a course and do not see your certificate, please contact us.

In order to complete the EMT and/or Paramedic NCCP, you must take all the virtual sessions before completing the final exam. If you have missed a virtual session, please contact us to reschedule the session you missed.

Certificates are stored on the My Profile page for 60 days. Please login, download and print your certificates upon completion of a course.
